• Your booking confirmation or invoice number is located in the top-right corner of your invoice.

• Please do NOT auto-fill credit card details.

• Complete all fields that have an asterisk (*).

• Check the I agree box, then enter the date and type your name before submitting the form.

• Note your transaction will be processed by your travel advisor Monday - Friday 9:00am - 6:00pm

• DREAM VACATIONS AND CRUISES will never ask you to email or text credit card details. 

• A separate credit card authorization form is required for each transaction made on your behalf.
